Appointment Booking :
To secure an appointment with Deep Tissue Tension Relief, clients are required to have a valid credit card on file prior to scheduling.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges.
No Call No Show Policy :
In the event of a “No Call No Show,” the full payment for the scheduled session will be deducted from the card on file.
Inappropriate Behavior :
Clients are strictly prohibited from engaging in any inappropriate behavior with our therapists. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be asked to leave the premises. In such cases, the payment is non-refundable.
Arrival Time :
Clients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure timely service for other clients.
Respectful Communication :
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully with our therapists. Any form of disrespectful communication or behavior will not be tolerated.
Payment :
Payments are processed automatically from the card on file, and clients are responsible for ensuring the card information is up-to-date.
Rescheduling :
Requests for rescheduling should be made with at least 5 hours’ notice before the original appointment time, and are subject to therapist availability.
Policy Acknowledgment :
Clients are required to review and acknowledge this business policy at the time of their first appointment and periodically thereafter, as policies may be updated.
